From initial engagement, our plan was always the same : eliminate the weaknesses of existing crates and raise the bar for pet air travel. To ground our concepts in real-world insight, Gene and the design team flew to Australia to meet a leading international pet-transport operator. Their candid conversation revealed exactly where current crates fall short—ventilation, locking strength, spill control, stressful assembly and general lack of comfort. This gave us a roadmap for not only improvement, but to make sure we are developing a product that ticks all the boxes from pets to handlers. 

Months of market research and design turned those insights into SafeCrate: a premium, aircraft-ready pet carrier that boosts passive airflow by 65 percent, keeps pets stable and comfortable with a non-slip urine-absorbent floor covering, guarantees hydration throughout the entire journey thanks to an anti-spill watering system, and locks firmly with aviation grade aluminium hardware. Assembly is intuitive and user friendly, simply  drop, slide, and secure that top and bottom parts together, slot the walls into position and secure with only four corner bolts, available in three popular sizes —because travel day is stressful enough without extra tools.
